An awesome place to live in. Feels like home. Irene in the leasing staff is an amazing personality. Irene helped me a lot in finding right apartment. Property manager Michelle is doing a lot of improvements to community. Wonderful staffs in the management.

Great Experience
Have been living in this community for nearly a year. Experience have been amazing. Loved the events conducted by the property manager, Michelle. Kudos !!! Irene have been very helpful and supportive. The best leasing agent, I have ever seen. Excellent maintenance staff. I put a request and they serve in 24 hours. A lot of play area, greenery, big swimming pools. Very nice feeling here.

Heritage at Deer valley community is very good place to live. It has swimming pool, play area and easy accessibilities to Target, COSTCO, Schools, etc.. Irene , Michelle are very supportive and helpful

Supportive Management and staffs Management is good in responding queries and provide the support and addressing the maintenance issues at right time when we approach.

A Nice and Great community to live in Nice community, good management staff. Irene is very helpful. Michele is making good improvements to community. Lisa promptly addresses any issues.

Awesome community to live in... Lots of space and greenery. Big swimming pools. Lisa is very friendly and supportive. The property manager Michelle is serious to keep the living lively, conducting events( like summer blast) and improving the community area. Leasing agent Irene is very nice.. Halloween was awsome kids enjoyed a lot.. 👻👻🎃😍

Spacious park areas and space. Kids will love it. I haven't seen any community which has such a big space. Greenery all over. Big swimming pools.Very well maintained. The property manager Michelle is serious to keep the living lively, conducting events and improving the community area. Irene is a very nice leasing agent. Lisa is very friendly and supportive.
