Everyone in the office is always super helpful and nice ! Thank you so much Yanel for taking me on a tour when we first were looking for an apartment and answering all of our questions ! And a big thank you to Julissa on helping us get our apartment ! She went above and beyond to help us and we really appreciate it 😊

I recently visited to get a tour and potentially sign a lease. While I am awaiting the results of my application, I still wanted to give a shoutout to Yanel who assisted with the tour and everything else. Yanel was the sweetest person I interacted with and she made the entire process feel as if I was already at home with them which I'm hoping will happen. If it hasn't happened yet, Yanel needs a raise with how courteous, professional and amazingly personal she is. Thank you so much for all of your help and assistance with everything, it is very much appreciated and worth so much more than 5 stars!

The office staff is amazing, very helpful and quick to respond to the maintenance issues. My door and mail box were repaired within 24 hours. I’m Pleased with over all experience. Thank you Heritage Staff.
