This is an awesome place to live in Phoenix. No comparison whatsoever .. be it the huge park or the hospitality. Everything is just awesome .. been 5 years my family is here w/o a single complaint..

They keep the landscaping cleaned up consistently its nice a quiet just kids and families during the days very well lit common areas looks great at night
