I moved out last month due to family circumstances, but I previously lived here for three years and truly have no complaints. The office staff is consistently kind, helpful, and always goes above and beyond for their residents. Maintenance has been just as impressive, extremely responsive, quick, and thorough with every request. Water shutdowns happened a few times over the years due to nearby construction, but management always communicated clearly about what to expect. While the interruptions were unavoidable, their effort to provide frequent updates was genuinely appreciated. I’m grateful to have called Heritage at Deer Valley my home for so long. If the opportunity came again, I would move back in a heartbeat. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and supportive community. I will certainly miss my lovely patio view!!!

Great place! I moved in 2021 but before 2021 it was good! We had a nice microwave, our little but comfortable bedroom. And a fun bathroom! My kid Abhimanyu enjoyed this apartment! But then I bought a new house, He stayed in it for one more day then moved here. My kid loved it so much that now he misses it, We went for a quick drive at Heritage a few weeks ago.

This apartment complex is very nice. I came to visit a friend and we took a walk around the complex. Clean, yes there are a few transients but they were just walking through, kids outside playing , families BBQ. a warm sense of community. My lease is up in Jan , I am seriously thinking about exploring my options here

The staff here is amazing. Kate Awesome! I came in to view the property she was professional , providing me with a tour, the grounds are beautiful, gave a very family and home oriented feeling. Heritage is in my top two of choices once I decide

I am really impressed by the way the grounds are kept up. The entire staff from Michelle to Kate professional! Answered my questions friendly and transparent. I enjoyed my time there quiet and peaceful especially for being right behind strip mall
