The front staff is amazing. They do all that they can to help all 800+ units , and most of all understanding on top of treating you like family. I appreciate Cheryl, Irene, Susan, Angela, Angie, Nichelle, Ivette and Kaylin. Y'all keep up the great work and all that you do to help to your best ability. I would also like to give a shout out to the maintenance staff for being great and doo all that they can to respond to all tickets. Thankyou maintenance staff Aaron, Ryan, Mike, Lucio, Angel, Adrian, Gerardo, Z, Dustin, Rosa, Mark and Devyn. I have lived here for 2 years and have renewed my lease. Thank you all for going above and beyond. My dog loves the dog park so much. It is appreciated.

I would like to thank Peter, Greg ,James and Jeremy for all the help they provided in unlocking my apartment which was accidentally locked by my kid and he was struck inside the apartment. They were very fast on responding to my request. Thank you so much !

Nice comfortable apartments as long as you do not get into trouble with bugs/roaches as commented by other reviewers here. Park, gym and pool's very nice. Better to check with someone who stays there before making a final call to move in or not..

My boyfriend and I just moved in, in January and so far we have loved every minute of it! We bring our puppy Biscuit down all the time and she is shown nothing but love, as are we. They are considerate of everything, and the amentities are just a bonus. I am dreading the day when we may move to go back home to California, but for an apartment as nice as these are, and the price we pay, I have to say we are lucky and very thankful for the wonderful treatment we have received.

V have lived here since 2014 and love the place. Jeremy, the service personnel is awesum. He is always helpful and fixes work orders we have placed in a timely fashion.

Jeremy was quick in resolving the issue with Thermostat in our appartment and was helpful in addressing few other issues.

Jeremy was quite quick and clean with fixing one of our issues. The prompt service restoration is one of the best of IMT DeerValley.
