Nice community to live in with lot of greenary around. grocery stores are at walkable distance. AMC and Costco are close by the apartments

The management is good, very accommodating. The maintenance has not been ideal, but the management does their best to provide the best service. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good layout. The area is nice as well. Great Halloween event

Irene is very great with how she handled and took care of our family with moving in and application process. It’s a great apartment complex.

Thank you to the entire team at Heritage At Deer Valley they did so good with the easter event, Michelle, Irene, Sophia, Kate, Lisa, Jen, Javier, Juan, Claudia, Cheryl and again a shout out to this team lovely event. Only thing is that they had less “golden eggs” and people kept shoving others. But otherwise it was perfect!!!
