Just did a walk through with my daughter who is moving here from out of state. I am in total amazement with this place. Really blown away by the staff and some of the tenants who I always make a point of speaking to as I came in contact with them. Such a beautiful community. I want to thank Lisa for such a fun tour and being beautiful both inside and out. I wish we could have kept her with us, but my wife gave me that look reassuring me that it would not be good for our marriage even though the fact that Lisa and the HDVA are so fantastic is one of the few things we absolutely agree on. She is definitely who you should ask for if you are seriously are looking to "Lisa" property.

The area I staid in was very peaceful you always see family’s outside playing and the grass is always green. I have to thank Michelle the front office manager for her immense help, she went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most, can’t express my gratitude enough. If you’re looking for a nice place to call home this is the place. Never had issues when maintenance had to be done they were in by the next day. Thumbs up!

We recently moved here and love it so far! The complex is well taken care of. We love the community and residents. Irene is absolutely amazing! She helped us before and after move in. We even saw her in passing a few days after our move in and asked how everything was going. Irene deserves all the recognition and praise for her hard work! She definitely deserves a raise!

Irene was such a great help and I loved the property she showed me. She was super helpful and was just awesome overall! Customer service was amazing.

I’ve been a resident of Heritage Deer Valley for 3 years, Had zero issues. Great place for divorced dads.Me and my kids absolutely love the pool. The front desk people are very respectful and always giving me free water bottles/ toilet paper. I’m not sure if the toilet papers free I usually take it after I’m done using the bathroom. Overall they took good care of me.
