I want to start off by saying that the new management is doing a wonderful job at keeping the issues at bay other reviewers have complained of prior. Its pretty simple just live reasonably clean and dont leave food, trash, waste or messes out.
We are very appreciative and pleased with the level of professionalism of the management (michelle) top notch, office staff (heather) who has worked with us since day 1 to make our new place feel like home in every possible way! Really all the team is amazing and cares about their tenants! The maintenance team is the best i've seen in my many years of renting! Thank you again everyone at Heritage at Deer Valley!
