Maintenance work
I just want to mention that this rating is for maintenance person , they really work n respond quickly and addresses everything on time especially Rodrigo Treviso. He just helps fixes everything what we ask in maintenance .

Rodrigo came out to look to fix my dishwasher today, turns out I needed a new one. He again he was so nice, polite, and professional! He realized I was working from home that day and did everything in his power to keep the noice level down!!

The whole staff at Heritage is amazing!! From the maintenance to the office staff. They take care of their people. Come in and speak with Allyiha, Lisa, Cheryl, Jennifer, Sophia, Irene or the property manager Michelle.

I am so glad i chose Heritage at Deer Valley to be my home ! The experience has been nothing but the best, it is such a beautiful community to live at. The property’s location is just perfect landing right behind the theaters, target, a lot of restaurant options. They have community events, their most recent being Nacho day ! Michelle the property manager goes an extra mile for her residents and the leasing agents Jennifer, Irene, and Sophia have been so patient and kind with me :)

I am so excited to be renewing my lease for another year, the leasing team is amazing, the maintenance team is always quick and efficient, the property is such a beautiful and safe place for me and my family. Thank you Jennifer for helping me make this place my home !
