The leasing process was easy, in addition to the nice complex and great office staff. Irene helped me out in securing my apartment and was so flexible and willing to help and support in any way she could. A really good experience overall!

I want to first thank the office staff and maintenance staff for all the hard work they put into this apartment community to keep it looking and running well! The ladies in the office, namely Irene, Michelle, Lisa and Sheryl have always been professional, understanding and helpful! They have always been empathetic to whatever situation was happening at that time and did what they could to address it! The amenities in the community have been great, maintained and some even upgraded. Overall, I would recommend this apartment community!

I really love my unit and I’ve had no issues so far. Irene has been incredibly helpful to me and everyone else around her and that shows! I’ve visited this office a few times while apartment hunting and she was always really great at acknowledging everyone even when juggle other responsibilities. You can tell she really cares about what she does. People are always walking around with their families, outdoors with their kids, or enjoying the amenities here. No bugs whatsoever, but I also never leave food out. Love this place!

I've been looking in the area to rent and I saw these apartments. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in (I've had the worst luck with costumer service lately) but Poleth Rojas immediately came over and was super helpful by answering all of my questions. Unfortunately, they didn't have the unit I wanted available for my move in date.

Poleth seemed very nice and very professional. Glad to see someone give you a smile when helping you out.
