Heritage at Deer Valley is a wonderful community for families! It's great that they host events like Grinch Night that bring everyone together and create lasting memories. It seems like a great place to call home

I recently moved in, and the staff is amazing. The complex is very clean, and lots of amenities'. 5-Stars. I checked for us.

I am current tenant here and I have been here for going on 2 1/2 years. Management is great! Irene , Cheryl and Michelle awesome. No major issues , except the norm to apartment living . Responsive when there is an issues, Communication is good .
