You won't regret moving here. I am moving out this summer but have lived here 3 years (through Covid) in 2 different units, one in phase 1 and the other in phase 2 (both are good).
The staff can be a bit curt but they're just doing their job and they are always helpful and informative. Maintenance is great and responds very quickly. I regularly see them driving around and they are quite friendly.
The apartments themselves are pretty good. They just replaced a bunch of AC units over the winter which I greatly appreciated them doing during that time instead of summer. Bugs are a certainty though. Even after 3 fumigations over a span of 6 weeks I still see them and I live on the 3rd floor.
One downside is that all of the units are not the same so make sure the unit you are getting is acceptable as it might be different from what you see from the model. They are still renovating some of the units from what I know.
The community is great, lots of small or young families, lots of cultural diversity which is a big plus. There is a bad problem with homelessness in the area though so be aware that they do walk through the apt complex on their way to I-17.
I still highly recommend it, definitely worth paying a little extra.
