Michelle helped me on 1/8/2025 and she went above and beyond in what I needed help with. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. She had a level of courtesy and transparency that I appreciated. I’ve been here for a year and thanks to Michelle, I’ll be here another year.

I’ve been here for almost a year and the staff is always pleasant and very flexible. I spoke with Michelle today who not only helped me, but absolutely went above and beyond in helping me continue my residency here at Heritage at Deer Valley! She was so transparent, helpful, and very supportive in my questions and plans and she definitely gave me all of the information I needed in order to make sure everything would go as smooth as possible. Big kudos to Michelle for her outstanding professionalism and courtesy to all residents.

Michelle in the front office is always so kind and listens very well. She's definitely quick at fixing issues and figuring things out. I honestly don't have one bad thing to say about her, I'm happy she's apart of the community and hopefully she doesn't get transfered out. Thank you Michelle!!

Just did a walk through with my daughter who is moving here from out of state. I am in total amazement with this place. Really blown away by the staff and some of the tenants who I always make a point of speaking to as I came in contact with them. Such a beautiful community. I want to thank Lisa for such a fun tour and being beautiful both inside and out. I wish we could have kept her with us, but my wife gave me that look reassuring me that it would not be good for our marriage even though the fact that Lisa and the HDVA are so fantastic is one of the few things we absolutely agree on. She is definitely who you should ask for if you are seriously are looking to "Lisa" property.

The area I staid in was very peaceful you always see family’s outside playing and the grass is always green. I have to thank Michelle the front office manager for her immense help, she went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most, can’t express my gratitude enough. If you’re looking for a nice place to call home this is the place. Never had issues when maintenance had to be done they were in by the next day. Thumbs up!

We recently moved here and love it so far! The complex is well taken care of. We love the community and residents. Irene is absolutely amazing! She helped us before and after move in. We even saw her in passing a few days after our move in and asked how everything was going. Irene deserves all the recognition and praise for her hard work! She definitely deserves a raise!
