I’ve been a resident of Heritage Deer Valley for 3 years, Had zero issues. Great place for divorced dads.Me and my kids absolutely love the pool. The front desk people are very respectful and always giving me free water bottles/ toilet paper. I’m not sure if the toilet papers free I usually take it after I’m done using the bathroom. Overall they took good care of me.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Ray while searching for my first apartment. From our first interaction she seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for and displayed a great sense of professionalism. She provided clear and detailed information about the properties that were available and all the amenities I had to look forward to. She made what could be a very daunting experience a fun and exciting one!
