Great rental experience
I would like to thank the entire office staff and maintenance crew at Heritage for always providing great and prompt customer service. Especially Irene G. and Lisa W. as they both always went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a tenant. I will most definitely recommend friends and family to rent at Heritage. Thank you all for your hard work.

A Loving Community
Its a loving community. Nice apartments and lot of space to enjoy your day within the community. Irene and rest of team are amazing. So sweet. They enjoy their work and are very supportive, caring. If you plan to rent in Phoenix then this is the place.

I have been there a year in March I feel safe and i love my apartment I call it home Office staff is amazing, but I have mostly been dealing with Lisa the office manager she has taken my concerns and deal with them in a timely fashion Lisa has been a pleaser to talk to when there a problem Thank You Lisa for being there I appreciate a lot

Just transferred to a 2 bedroom 2 bath Irene and Michelle are amazing. My son and I love it here and feel safe. Great place to call home.
