I had the issue garbage disposer which was taken care immediately within minutes, Thanks to Ryan, he did a great job.

The community has lot of open space for kids to play which I like the most, Dog Park and a well maintained Swimming pool. Perfectly located and easily accessible to nearby malls for all your needs.

I’ve been a resident here at Heritage at deer valley for a few months now and I love it! I don’t have any complaints, And not to mention but the staff in the office(s) are super nice and helpful especially Whitney one of the leasing agents, she assisted me from the very beginning and just made me feel so comfortable with that being said I would definitely recommend these apartments!

Beautiful apartment complex & The staff (Whitney) was very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful in getting me set up ASAP. It's been an absolute pleasure coming here today. Not to mention it's located across the street from American Express where I am working. Feeling at home already. Can't wait to move in.

Wasil with Deervalley maintenance is very good at resolving maintenance problems.We reported issue with mess door.Other maintenance guys were not able to fix it,but Wasil fixed it and also other issues immediately and is very friendly.

I had to update my review!! The lady upfront Angela!! I hope I spell her name right!! While she is a great help 👍!! If we have a problem she will fix it for us right away!! I recommend this place!! I only had two maintenance problem and it was my door and my washer but they came to fix it right away!! They also gave me a new microwave because the man said I needed a new one!!! They keep the pool clean and the workout area clean too!! It’s also close to a lot shopping center!!

The front staff is amazing. They do all that they can to help all 800+ units , and most of all understanding on top of treating you like family. I appreciate Cheryl, Irene, Susan, Angela, Angie, Nichelle, Ivette and Kaylin. Y'all keep up the great work and all that you do to help to your best ability. I would also like to give a shout out to the maintenance staff for being great and doo all that they can to respond to all tickets. Thankyou maintenance staff Aaron, Ryan, Mike, Lucio, Angel, Adrian, Gerardo, Z, Dustin, Rosa, Mark and Devyn. I have lived here for 2 years and have renewed my lease. Thank you all for going above and beyond. My dog loves the dog park so much. It is appreciated.
