The office staff was incredible. Irene was able to help us move into our apartment same day with no trouble!

I have lived here @ Heritage for years. I recently had an inquiry about lease renewal. Alondra was extremely helpful and caring about my situation. Cheryl, the assistant property manager stepped in as well. They made sure I was taken care of quickly and made me feel at ease. It’s nice to have leasing staff who truly care about their residents.

Overall wonderful location as a longtime resident. Office crew always does their best to insure a great living environment Including the recent AC units replaced A month ago. Wow! Cheryl is FANTASTIC! She took the time to remind me of my upcoming renewal last week. Everything completed quickly with all of my questions answered immediately. THANK YOU CHERYL! And thank you to all the office staff for making Heritage Deer Dalley a fabulous place to live.

I've stayed here for 5 years now and I can confirm that Heritage at Deer Valley is a great place to stay. They have a wide range of apartment types, floor plans, logistical assistance, a lot of greenery and open space - something that is unique to this apartment complex when compared with others across the city. There has been a few changes in management over the years, but the apartment complex and tenants keep getting the maintenance, leasing and active support it needs. I do want to highlight Cheryl, Assistant Community Manager, who has been of great help overall. Having her on the staff totally raises the bar for the team. I truly appreciate the help she's provided over my stay here so far.

It was beautiful and the pools were nice just a bit confusing to navigate on foot if it's your first time here.

Irene helped me today. She was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped find me the right unit that met my needs. I'm very excited to work with such a kind staff.
