It was a good experience staying at heritage at deer valley. Apartments are well maintained. All my queries and issues were always resolved in a timely manner by the coordinator named Kaylin. Kaylin is the best coordinator I have ever approached. Her way of resolving problems is remarkable. Thank you Kaylin for your great support.

I've probably been to about five different apartments in the last month and definitely by far best customer service I've had compared to all of them! Kaylin is one of the sweetest coordinators I've spoken with and can really make you feel at home too! I was pretty much sold just talking to her and making me feel comfortable within 10 minutes of talking, I knew that this was the place for me! Thank you again Kaylin for your help and heritage for being a beautiful place!

Relocated for work, new to the area. Nicest property I've seen by far. Angela answered the phone when I first called and was very informative. Let me know about not only the amenities of the complex but also what was around the area that I may be interested in. I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions with great detail. Looking forward to living here.

From the moment I set foot on this place the feeling was actually great. The Leasing consultants Kaylin and Whitney were extremely helpful and very professional. They made the whole process seem so easy. My apartment was in VERY good Condition. Heritage at Deer Valley will be my community of choice. Going forward I will make sure to refer all my friends and colleagues here.

When I first got here it wasn't the best place to be. However ever since Pride Rock has taken over, and they have this new manager "Angela" I believe her name is. This community has gotten 100 times better. The ground always look amazing, and I'm always greeted with the happiest of smiles when I walk into the leasing office. Can't wait to renew my lease for another year!!
